If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen

If your iPhone has a frozen screen, doesn't respond when you tactile sensation it, or becomes stuck when you turn information technology along, learn what to make out.

If your screen is black or frozen

Follow the stairs for your device.

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the bulk down button.

If your iPhone turns along but gets stuck during commence

If you see the Apple logo or a Red River or blue screen during startup, strain these steps:

  4. Keep holding the buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.

  5. When you get the option to restore or update, choose Update.

  6. Your computer will download the software for your gimmick. If it takes more than 15 transactions, your device will exit recovery mode. Retell steps 2-4.
